My experience at walker fork this past time was amazing as always !! This time especially the body shop went to GREAT LENGHTS to do the job as it should have been done without a patch paint job as per insu as always !! This time especially the body shop went to GREAT LENGHTS to do the job as it should have been done without a patch paint job as per insurance had specified to to , that on a 20 year old white hood would have looked like a bandage the shop to initiative to do it all correctly at no charge !! My leather drives seat was left dirty and a greasy footprint left on my floor mat. Other than that it was easy to make an appointment though the wait was long for a simple oil change and tire rotation footprint left on my floor mat. My car was having transmission problems after I bought it, my daughter brought it in multiple times and was told there was no problems or it was fixed, each time she felt intimidated and finally gave up, it, my daughter brought it in multiple times and was told there was no problems or it was fixed, each time she felt intimidated and finally gave up, I recently rode with her and the transmission was unsafe to drive, we turned the car in and then clutch needed to be replaced which cost me 1600$ , this should of been fixed a long time ago especially since ford knows there’s a problem with this model. When I got the car back it started to overheat and I noticed no water in the radiator, every dealer does an overall inspection before the car is released , this was not done and it feels like it was rushed out the door, I’ve bought two cars from this dealership and it it wasn’t for Ivey I wouldn’t be back !!! More
