Had appointment for 11 o’clock to get a trim piece that has been ordered installed. At 12:15 I was told the trim piece needed was on back order. I told them it was in that’s why I was here. They found the has been ordered installed. At 12:15 I was told the trim piece needed was on back order. I told them it was in that’s why I was here. They found the part but it was recalled. I left at 2:00 with nothing done but a waist of my time. Not happy. More

No water in a hot and dry dessert, my only issue, it was hot and they did not have a bottle of water to give a customer as a courtesy even after I made a purchase.
