Complimentary Oil Change! Daniel was wonderful from the start. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I didn't mind being that I walked in and really needed it done. My wait time was only a few minutes over the 2 hours, I still didn't mind. Daniel comped my visit today. I really didn't expect that, but I'm thankful he did it anyways. Unsatisfied With Walker Ford Service Department I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer for routine service at Walker Ford. The service department was unremarkable and the service representative was unfri I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer for routine service at Walker Ford. The service department was unremarkable and the service representative was unfriendly and bordering on rude. The service waiting area was uncomfortable with no complementary refreshments offered. My experience with tithe Walker Ford dealership was the most unsatisfying I have ever experienced with a car dealership. I cannot recommend Walker Ford dealership to anyone. I will be in the market for a new Ford explore at the end of the year, but because of my experience with Walker Ford service department, I will not be doing business with Walker Ford. More

It was a pleasure working with Shawna and Mickey I was at Walker Ford on Saturday March 23rd and was met by a sales person I can't remember his name. But he never made me feel like I was there to fi I was at Walker Ford on Saturday March 23rd and was met by a sales person I can't remember his name. But he never made me feel like I was there to find a vehicle. I lease my vehicle from Ford all the time. My last vehicle was leased from N.Y. I live here in Florida now and my lease is up in July of this year. So I went there to try an find a vehicle. I got a letter about my 2016 Fusion that is in demand so that's why I went there Saturday. I left feeling like the letter I got didn't mean a thing. When I got home the more I thought about it the more I was upset about what had happened. So I called Walker Ford and I talked to Gregg the Manager about what happened, and he ws not very happy. So he made an appointment with me for Sunday a 11:00 am. I later got a call from Shawna Hargett and we set up to meet on Sunday. Everything went so well I ended up leasing a 2018 Ford EcoSport SE, Shawna knew everything about what I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone. She knows her stuff about the Ford cars and SUV,etc. And Mickey was wonderful when it came time for the finances,great job.
