The dealer worked with me on a 2026 model as I had a competing offer for a 2025 model with the same features elsewhere but it was held up because of a "no sale recall". I brought my 2020Ford Expedition in fix a problem with my retracting running boards that don't retract. I remember talking to Brien in the past, but he wasn't there. I then approached Ryan which I have worke retracting running boards that don't retract. I remember talking to Brien in the past, but he wasn't there. I then approached Ryan which I have worked with in the past. He immediately checked out the problem, verified that I had warranty coverage and instructed me to bring it in Monday morning.
