I have road hazard warranty on wheels and tires. Got nail in rear passenger tire. Came to Walker to get it repaired or replaced. I was told tire couldn't be patched and was not in-stock. New tire was shipped from tampa.THE WRONG TIRE. Came back to walker to pick up truck. Immediately saw the tire was completely and OBVIOUSLY different than the other Three. Told a service tech who agreed and said no problem we have correct tire in stock. STRANGE. The correct tire was installed, but it definitely not a NEW tire. Sure seems like someone doesn't know what they're doing or just doesn't care, maybe both. This is the total opposite of the service I expect and DESERVE as a loyal Ford owner. I'm very unhappy right now. I would have thought the tech who put the tire on my truck would have noticed and said something. Feel free to contact me for further. More

While I am pleased with the technical service provided, a technician was wearing very dirty footwear while driving our transit van/RV--leaving behind stains along the running board and the floor mat. It all started on the 31st of December. I went to walker ford to look at a Honda Ridgeline for my father. He has some health problems so I thought I could take care of it. After signing the paper work I was told there was a back up and it was going to take a long while and should go home and come back on the 2nd. I asked well I signed the papers so am I on the hook for the car and was told yes, don’t worry I find out later that you have 3 days. Who told me that the dmv, who I talked to today because I was called by walker ford and told that they would have to register it in my name and I would have to pay them for a temp tag but wasn’t told how much. So I called the dmv and was explained that this was not the proper way to do this and it will cost more to transfer it to my father. Deep breath I take a Uber to the dealership for the receptionist to have all the paper work ready to go at no charge, well at least that i know off. There was no one there to apologize for the inconvenience or even ask if I we are happy with the vehicle. One extra for you this is a ford certified used Honda with what ever there inspection process but under the passenger seat there was a gun case so I’m guessing no one looked under there. More

Great service, but quite annoying with all of the surveys I have been blitzed with emails and text regarding my service. I responded initially and keep on getting them. Hopefully this is the end.
