Hi Vince, I just think Walker Ford should take into consideration that the vehicle sat most of last year and most of this year, the camera was already broken and your service department tries to fix it, twice but said it needed to be replaced. I thought I was keeping everyone safe by not bringing the vehicle in just for the camera, but waited until the oil change was due and thought the camera could be fixed then, not knowing the warranty was expired, I could have brought it in, in the middle of the pandemic, but choose not to, unfortunately this is going to cost me. I just hope Walker Ford does the right thing. Sam.
