Bought a set of towing mirrors from James in parts. I tried to hand down all the specifications that needed to work for the tow mirror but was told by the lady that the technician would do his own resear tried to hand down all the specifications that needed to work for the tow mirror but was told by the lady that the technician would do his own research. When I pick up the truck with tow mirrors installed, power fold, blind spots and bliss with trailer tow monitoring were no longer working. Rain or shine I need to get out of the truck to manually fold the mirrors to get in and out of the garage. I will return these mirrors. Let me know how to proceed. If your technician wants to pull them off or I. I wish the tech guy, David Martin would have called me up to tell me that these mirrors were not going to be compatible with my truck and I would have chosen not to install them and save myself $300 in install cost.
