Not about the service, as Steve McHenry is always helpful for me. There was a customer in lobby not wearing a mask, I saw 1 other person other than myself with a mask, but this customer kept coughing in the for me. There was a customer in lobby not wearing a mask, I saw 1 other person other than myself with a mask, but this customer kept coughing in the waiting room not covering her mouth. Not real sure how this is acceptable in a pandemic. I could have waited for my car to get fixed, but there was no way I could sit & wait with same customer in waiting area. Not good, at all. More

The customer service as very good and they got my oil change done early which was nice. One thing that can be worked on is when I got in my truck there was oily hand print marks on the door handle in sid change done early which was nice. One thing that can be worked on is when I got in my truck there was oily hand print marks on the door handle in side in two different spots and out side and my steering wheel cover was all messed up which was really weird bc I drive 60 miles a day and have never had an issue with my cover. Steve is fantastic!But my fix for the transmission issue Steve is fantastic! But my fix for the transmission issue was to just reset the computer which didn’t fix the slamming gears! The truck is brand new w 7,000 miles on it and shouldn’t have any problem at all? I’m hoping to resolve this issue before it becomes something severe.
