Service was great as I didn’t have a reservation but the person that makes the reservation worked me right in soI only had to wait about 15 minutes to get my problem fixed. I took my car in to have the driver door latch fixed. I could open the driver door only by reaching out the window and using the outside door handle. I was very happy to get that fixed. The service peopl could open the driver door only by reaching out the window and using the outside door handle. I was very happy to get that fixed. The service people were pleasant and polite.
