Estimate was 150$ to copy 2 keys. They tried to charge me $213 some 40 percent higher than the estimate. I’m sure my voice went up a little but the girl, amy told me not to yell, which I did not. Apparently the price was $50 per key not the $76 she tried to charge me because they corrected the price. I will only go back to this dealership if I have to and will get a written estimate up front. From start to finish, Walker Ford provides amazing customer service. My sons Mustang had a recall for its airbag. They were so helpful in scheduling and pick up and drop off. But there was an entire customer service. My sons Mustang had a recall for its airbag. They were so helpful in scheduling and pick up and drop off. But there was an entirely other level of service that was even better. My son’s car has had a leak for a few months. They said they could check that out once the car was picked up through diagnostics. They followed through without me reminding them and the car no longer leaks! Next time I’m looking for a new car I will definitely start with Walker Ford! Thank you!!! More
