I have been going to walker ford in Clearwater for years and always had a great experience. This time I needed to fix my AC and they also mentioned my warranty was going to be up soon so they threw in an oi and always had a great experience. This time I needed to fix my AC and they also mentioned my warranty was going to be up soon so they threw in an oil change. All was quick and very well done. Kept in touch with me through it all. Treated with respect. Brought my 2008 Focus for backup light bulb problem. Was told the problem was the light socket was bad and the part would be ordered. Called 3 days l Brought my 2008 Focus for backup light bulb problem. Was told the problem was the light socket was bad and the part would be ordered. Called 3 days later and was told the part was not there and I would be called when it arrived. After waiting several weeks of not having ben called I sent email to ask what the reason was. Drove to Walker Ford and Ryan Holcomb spoke with me said he would dig into the situation. He did and had tech replace the rear light assembly. Was very please with the the respect and apology from Ryan Holcomb and will still be happy to refer friends to Walker Ford. More

So I brought my car in because the air conditioner was not blowing cold as it had in the past. They hooked it up to the diagnostic system, found no leaks or any problem with the system. Put freon in an not blowing cold as it had in the past. They hooked it up to the diagnostic system, found no leaks or any problem with the system. Put freon in and now it's cold as it was before. Thank you Dan for the service and explaining what work was performed. He said if it seems to be blowing hot again, bring it in and they check it again, no charge. I like Walker Ford very much and that is the only place I take my Mustang. More
Great service I had neglected to get my oil changed for over 6000 miles and as a Walk-In, I knew it would take some time. Out of there with "The Works" package in I had neglected to get my oil changed for over 6000 miles and as a Walk-In, I knew it would take some time. Out of there with "The Works" package in just over 60 min. Always a pleasure to be treated so well even without an appointment!! Have personally know the Walker's for 25+ years and have NEVER been disappointed with them or their business. More
