It took several weeks to schedule service but I had an 8 AM appointment and dropped my F150 at 7:30 AM on Monday. It took three days to diagnosis the noise issue and status communication was not very timely AM appointment and dropped my F150 at 7:30 AM on Monday. It took three days to diagnosis the noise issue and status communication was not very timely. I called for status at end of day one and again at the end day two. On both days my call was returned and I was told the technicians had not been able to diagnose the problem. At end of day two I was told they were going to try to get a foreman involved the next day. I don’t understand why this wasn’t this done on day one or day two. At the end of the day I decided not to spend $900 to have the strut replaced. I paid $230 for the diagnosis and appreciate being told that it was not a safety issue. I decided i’ll live with the noise. i’ve been a customer for a long time and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with the service experience. More
