I have bought several cars for several years from Eddy ElSayed. five Stars are not enough. he is amazing and extremely honest. there are 2 things that I did not appreciate in reference with this sale. 1. I have not been to a dealer to buy a new car in 20 years. always had it delivered and Eddy did the same. this time they made me drive to the dealership and pick up my car. pretty much the whole day gets wasted. I was told the new manager wants to meet the customers as there is a lot of fraud going on. Seriously.. fraud ? i was at the dealership for 2 hours and never saw the Manager. 2. I did not appreciate the fact they charged me 3% extra on the down payment. its was only $ 105 dollars but that had never been the case before. one would thing=k you buy something for over 100K they wouldn't nit pick for such a small amount. Additionally, there is no way they are paying 3% with the size and amounts of the transactions. 100 stars for the Eddy Elsayed and his Customer Service 0 Stars for the manager and the dealership. From the first day I met with Justin Wiedemen I felt a trust that I haven’t felt with any other service rep. I had taken my C250 to my local repair shop after my car sat practically unused for 2 years trust that I haven’t felt with any other service rep. I had taken my C250 to my local repair shop after my car sat practically unused for 2 years. I paid so much for service and I wasn’t comfortable driving my car. I decided to go to a Mercedes dealership and was lucky to have Justin assist me. He has always explained in detail what my car needed and what I could wait on until my next maintenance was due. Justin is always responsive and keeps me informed on what is being worked on and how long I will have to wait for my car. Whenever needed, he has provided a rental which I truly appreciate very much More

had an amazing experience at Walter’s Mercedes! The staff was super helpful throughout the whole experience. I pulled up and was checking the car out outside and wanted to see more cars so I walked The staff was super helpful throughout the whole experience. I pulled up and was checking the car out outside and wanted to see more cars so I walked in and was greeted super nicely at the front desk and told that they would bring someone to speak to me. I got Selvin Pineda as my Sales consultant and he was a really helpful and cool dude to talk to. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressed considering I got there like at 5 and they closed at 6 on a Saturday. I honestly just went to see the car but everything was just natural and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes models so I just fell in love with the car. Overall I really appreciate Selvin and his patience because me and the people I took had many questions throughout and he answered everything in a real nice and helpful manner. If you come here I hope you get lucky and end up getting helped by Selvin. When I went upstairs to sign the paperwork I spoke with Justin Campbell and while I waited I made an espresso in a beautiful little kitchen like counter that they have downstairs. They also have amazing snacks but since it was late it wasn’t fully stocked anymore. While talking to Justin he mentioned they had twinkies their and I was shocked they had those so I told him I hadn’t had any since high school. He asked if I got any when I made my espresso and I told him they must’ve ran out because I didn’t see them. He told me not to worry because after everything was done he’d have some Twinkies for me. We signed the papers and he explained everything thoroughly from the care packages to the gap insurance and maintenance timeline. He explained everything so well that I had honestly forgot about the twinkies but he thanfully didn’t. Im very happy to say I left Mercedes in my new car eating a delicious twinkie. So BIG Thank to you Selvin and Justin you guys truly made this experience super smooth for me and I highly recommend Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside, they’ll definetely take care of you here. I only purchased a Toyota Corolla but Mike went above and beyond as if I were purchasing a brand new Mercedes-Benz.
