JR Rodriguez was my appointed service advisor; I initially came in for the “notice of recall” inspection for my. Mercedes 320 moonroof seal. The inclusive inspection of my vehicle indicated need fo initially came in for the “notice of recall” inspection for my. Mercedes 320 moonroof seal. The inclusive inspection of my vehicle indicated need for tire replacement. Mr. Rodriguez explained the difference between tread and rot and enhance the discussion by bringing a service technician to literally point to the problematic cracks in the tire seam adjacent to the wheel base. Needless to say, this “hands on” care resulted in the immediate and necessary replacement of all 4 tires. The age of the existent tires was also brought to bear; the ‘gentle’ warning of blowout or rim destruction was also introduced into the conversation. This thorough process made the purchase worry free! Mr. Rodriguez also provided a dent removal estimate on a door where an elderly friend had literally used the car to break a fall; that Mercedes withstood the impact, helping to alleviate the impact of the fall, but suffered some non-invasive dents! I will return to the dealership, under Mr. Rodriguez’ watch to secure an appointment to remove said dents. Again, an expeditious solution, thanks to Mr. Rodriguez. His professionalism, combined with patience and expertise, couple with thoughtful explanatory ability, bodes well for continued delivery of excellent service at Walter’s! More

I could have gone to my nephew's place, the House Mercedes, Anaheim. Anyway, I drove the car for service. I went to see David, ask him for the service, he cooperated with me, after the paperwork, within an hour or more, the car was ready to go. I have been given excellent service, without an appointment, verbally told him I will bring another car for the service. I got the second car service without the hassle. Excellent Job. Secondly, During the waiting time I went to the salesperson Mr. Gustavo talked to him about leasing the 3rdcar, he cooperated with me to find a good deal, but unfortunately, the dealer Sales manager couldn't fulfill my demand.
