Absolutely terrible experience with Walker’s Mercedes service department…I Requested a loaner because I rely on a vehicle for work. Instead, they sent me to Enterprise where the only option was a huge SU service department…I Requested a loaner because I rely on a vehicle for work. Instead, they sent me to Enterprise where the only option was a huge SUV that wouldn’t work. I had to Uber home, spent $30, and missed a full day of work.  I called the next day and was told my car hadn’t  been worked on after sitting there over 30 hours. I spent another $39 on Uber to pick it up. All this for a simple window and trunk fix. Worst part is they RS scribbled on my windshield and no one  bothered to remove it.  (Nincompoopery)  More
