At times, it is very difficult to do activities that most people take for granted. I was in need of a car wash. I live alone and with my health issues, it is difficult to wash my car. Well, Jr took my car and once again went above and beyond to accommodate me. The car was sparkling clean with attention to detail. I want to thank him and his manager, Mark, for accommodating me. It is priceless and an excellent service-and it sure took a burden off my shoulders. Thank you Jr!! You’re the best!! More

He is relatively new to a MB dealership which means he is still in the l Leased a 2019 300c from a very friendly & personable salesman, John Shelley. He is relatively new to a MB dealership which means he is still in the learning stage regarding various functional aspects of the numerous buttons & knobs found in the different models. But he'll get, sooner rather than later, because he is extremely ambitious & a fast learner. He responds quickly to emails & hustles to provide answers to questions. I especially appreciate the request to return to the dealership and have John & Brian F. examine the vehicle in detail. In the near future, I expect John will deserve to be known as an excellent salesman. At present, I give him an overall ranking in the "B" category. But I want it also to be known that John works with superiors who don't have all their ducks in a row (too detailed to explain here). In the eyes of the client, all positive + negative experiences at a dealership reflect directly back to the performance of the salesman. Knowing this allows me to more fairly evaluate John, but that fact is not apparent to most. His performance ratings will markedly improve as the ducks get back in a row. This is not a gripe session. My intent is to write about things which, when corrected, will help improve staff performance at Walter's Auto. More

Alex, thanks so much. I don’t know where to even begin but after constantly having an issue with my vehicle and not being able to resolve my issue, I decided to take it to I don’t know where to even begin but after constantly having an issue with my vehicle and not being able to resolve my issue, I decided to take it to Walters, and without an appointment Alex was able to help me immediately. Within a few hours Alex called me to inform me with what the issue was and thank goodness is was covered under warranty! My car was ready the next day and no issues since then! Thanks Alex. More
