So, he summoned the mechanic in charge to the desk and helped us prioritize the repairs so that we could split the recommended works in two sessions. I appreciate Cody taking the time to walking me through the Service Sheet to clarify the service intervals for "Required Additional Work" for my vehicle that is needed in addition to the Annual A or B service. Cody was helpful in identifying upcoming maintenance items that I should be mindful of that might need attention before my next Annual Service. He provided a mileage estimate for reference, without pressure to perform the maintenance at that time, because the item did not need attention right away. Cody exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with Cody in the future! Also, wanted to add, the loan car staff was excellent as well! I went in for a battery replacement and after receiving a jumpstart at home by one of their technicians, went into the service department, where I received outstanding customer service by Austin Schneider. The service department replaced the battery with a newer, updated version, which took a bit longer then expected, however provided me with a courtesy loaner car overnight. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More
