She called me very frantic , I found her location on the freeway and got her safely out of the traffic and proceeded to call Mercedes Road Side Assistance 2 hrs later still on the side of freeway in the rain and 42 deg thanks to Mercedes Road Side Assistance. my wife said call Alex I said Alex do not work on the weekends she said lets try , thank God he was working for another advisor he said get it to him ASAP and for us to be safe. so I call for assistance from another agency and they had us on the way to see Alex in 20 minutes. Alex got us checked in told us to have something hot in the lounge to warm up and he would have us on our way. sure enough we were in and out . Thanks Again Alex for all your help. More

Admired a friend's Mercedes and decided to take a look even though had never thought of Mercedes before. Gene Russell took the time to get to know me, asking questions about what I wanted from my car, and helped me find one to fit me. It's only been a couple of days, but this car fits me to a T. I took the time to test drive several other cars that might have fulfilled my needs, but came back here in the end. No one pressured me to make a quick decision. I especially like the friendly and honest way to get to the bottom line. I didn't have to go through multiple levels of management or play any games. Gene Russell took the time to explain several ways to buy or lease the car. It's a good thing he took the time to explain the features of the car too cause I had to drive home in the rain! More

Cody Rocks! I was very pleased with Cody when I brought my car in for service. Cody was cordial yet professional. He gave me an expected end time and quickly provided an uber to drop my husband and I off at the mall. He called before the car went to be washed to give us a heads up that an uber would be arriving shortly to pick us up. Upon our return he greeted us and let us know the status of the car. He went over every thing that was checked and told me about the recall but quickly assured me that it wasn’t a danger to my safety and that I could bring it in in the next couple of weeks and I would be provided with a loaner. He was thorough and very nice. More
