As soon as we settled in a few vehicles, he diligently worked and was able to get me into my new car within 4 hours. Side note, being that I didn’t intend on getting another lease with Mercedes, I didn’t drive in my car so Rick Offered to come to my house to pick up my old vehicle. Bryan and Andy were awesome too! Best car buying experience ever Absolutely no hassle. They really put their best effort in making it easy without trying to take advantage of you in the end. First Mercedes Benz purchase...Awesome Experience I have wanted a Benz for as long as I could remember. I told myself I'm just going to look because I need to shop around and make sure I get the best I have wanted a Benz for as long as I could remember. Both of these gentlemen were extremely professional and more importantly patient. Although the dealership was busy, they still took the time to get to know me as person and answered all my questions. Andrew, thank you for not rushing me as I was making my decision and for going the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the numbers and the car. Raul thank you for the follow up calls and the additional training on how to use all the features on my new 300 GLC (in my mom voice...you are a very nice young man).
