Finally he gave me the deal that I asked for lower than the MSRP. The trade in was done in a short period. The process was very quick, easy and professional. Brian called me at the gym and told me that the water pump was broken but under Mercedes warranty and was covered. Brian later had Uber drive me home and my vehicle was ready a few days later., Thank you very much for the quick service and professionalism.
