Highly satisfied After attempting to look at other dealerships and always leaving upset due to rude salesmen, I was pleasantly surprised at this dealership. I came in on a Saturday night right before closing and Christian Garcia asked if I had been helped yet. He was very busy but he still stayed a bit past closing just to show me the car I wanted to eventually buy and teach me all about it. I explained to him my situation with my old car and how other dealerships gave me no hope and he told me he would do everything he could to take care of it. Long story short, when it came time to buy the car a few days later after thinking it over, he made sure the entire process was enjoyable for me. Christian even had my car washed and waiting INSIDE the building for me when I got there. If anybody is going to do business with Walters Mercedes benz, I HIGHLY suggest they go see Christian Garcia. Service was great and price was even greater Brandon Monaco was my service advisor and working with him was a pleasure, at first I was mad because I only wanted my radio fixed. He let me know tha Brandon Monaco was my service advisor and working with him was a pleasure, at first I was mad because I only wanted my radio fixed. He let me know that my front brake pads was very low and I did not ask for an inspection. Brandon explained to me that his job was to let his customers know any other problems that they see they must advise the customer. Great Follow-up with Service I take the time to drive to Riverside, Ca for service when I have a local dealership a few minutes from my house because I trust the folks at Walters. I do a lot of long distance driving in remote parts of the country and Mexico for pleasure. I need to make sure my vehicle is ready for this type of adventure since it is a Sprinter 4X4 2500 Van by Sportsmobile. Being stuck somewhere is not a very good feeling when someone fails to do their job properly. I am able to talk critically with the service department knowing they understand what my concerns are and they follow-up. I've tried to use my local dealership but they just don't get it, but Walters does. I will continue to use them and build on our relationship. More
