Vehicle just would not pass a smog check! I own a 2001 MB that just would not pass smog. For five months, way past the registration due date, I did all the so-called reset the parameters dri I own a 2001 MB that just would not pass smog. For five months, way past the registration due date, I did all the so-called reset the parameters driving in hopes to pass the smog check. Remember I'm trying to do this without getting a citation. I finally decided to take it Walters MB and was met by Brandon Monaco. I told Brandon my problem and he assured me he would get his service team members on board to try to find the problem. Due to the complexity of the issue, the issue would more than likely be a few days to diagnose. I agreed to leave the car with them and received a loaner vehicle. A very nice loaner car I might add. Throughout the week, phone calls were made to me, parts were ordered, more test were done. Some test proved positive but some sent me back to square one. Newer parts replaced the new ones that were just put in car and other parts were installed. Two weeks later and quite a few dollars in cost, my car was ready for pick up. Two days later, my car finally passed its smog check. This review cannot explain all the help Brandon and the service crew put into my car to get it to work properly. I can tell you that even though I paid real good money to get it fixed, I could hear the concern in Brandon's voice to assure me everything is being done to make me satisfied. Well, Brandon did. Well done. I own three MB's. Take a guess who I trust with them.???? More

OH HAPPY DAY!!!! March 8, 2016 was a very happy day for me. The day I went in to Walter's Mercedes-Benz to pick up my GL 450. I can not say enough about Andrew Wagner March 8, 2016 was a very happy day for me. The day I went in to Walter's Mercedes-Benz to pick up my GL 450. I can not say enough about Andrew Wagner and the great experience I had with the Walter's Mercedes-Benz family. They truly made me feel like family. My first consult was with Andy the Sales Manager. I told him what my needs were. He then referred me to Andrew Wagner who diligently researched and found my car. Lol....yes I did give him a hard time because I am very very picky but guess what....he found my car with everything I asked for. It was a dream come true!! Both Andrew and Andy paid attention to details when it came to what my needs were in this particular vehicle. Andrew didn't leave me hanging. He thoroughly explained every bell and whistle in the car which probably is a class you need to take all by itself. He has been available since that time to answer any questions I have and again to help me figure out the functions and features of the car. I also want to thank Julio the Finance Manager who stayed well past regular hours to take care of my financing. Christina Rodriguez and Tiffany Estrada kept the continuity going by following up on appts. or any concerns I had and quickly communicated them to Andrew.
