He took his time with me and helped me find the perfect car that suits me and my lifestyle. When it came down to the numbers, Andrew and his colleague Andy Towns did everything they could to remain within the parameters of my financial comfort zone. To be honest with you, I walked in there thinking I would not be able to own a Mercedes Benz with my bad credit, which I am trying to rebuild, and strict low limits on monthly and down payments, but Andrew made it work. Even his assistant, who I apologize, but I can't remember her name, was incredibly personable and helpful. The only time I ever felt a tiny bit uncomfortable was with the financial gentleman (I don't remember his name). He was a bit pushy in trying to sell me the warranty and extra insurance. I had to tell him no about 4 times. I suppose this is his job though. Anyway, aside from that, it was a great experience and I am now a happy Mercedez Benz ownder :) More

Very good customer service I called appointment to bring my car in because A/C was not blow the cold air, the gentleman oh the phone told me to bring in the same day. This was my first time making a car deal on my own and to be honest, I was not looking forward to dealing with a salesman because of past experiences at other dealerships, yet to my surprise the process was very easy. Alan Villasenor made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. He walked me through all of my options, answer my many, many questions and was able to get me a great deal to meet my needs. Brandon Monaco & Andrew Wagner! AMAZING!!!! I truly cannot say enough great things about Walter's Mercedes. 2.5 years ago I leased my first Mercedes from another dealership (worst mistake ever!) I truly cannot say enough great things about Walter's Mercedes. 2.5 years ago I leased my first Mercedes from another dealership (worst mistake ever!). One day while visiting family in the Riverside area I had a tire warning that came on. I drove in and met Brandon Monaco in the service department. He could not have been more amazing! From then on every time I needed service I would make the drive from Orange County to Riverside because I knew Brandon would take care of me and my car! During my last visit for my 30K mile service I expressed to Brandon I was considering upgrading into something a little bigger. Brandon was so considerate to talk to me about it and then introduced me to Andrew Wagner. Andrew and I talked about what I liked about my CLA and what kind of car I saw myself in next. Once I decided on the GLC Andrew got right to work. He tracked down the exact car I wanted with every single feature I asked for. He kept me updated every step of the way on where the car was and when I could come pick it up. He even took care of all the paperwork over the phone with me. When the day came to pick up the car I showed up, turned my car in, signed paperwork with Jason Hardin in the finance office (for about 5 minutes), got into the new car, went over the functions and drove away. I have NEVER purchased a car with such ease, efficiency, and professionalism. There was no typical haggling and negotiating. I told Andrew exact what I could afford and we made it happen. I wasn't there for hours for no reason. I was in and out within an hour! AMAZING! I will NEVER go to another dealership.
