It has been 10 years since I got my first car from them. After Mazda 3, I went back to them for a new car every 3 years. Mazda 3 was a great call, then 2011 CX5. They immediately helped me and got me on the road with a brand new loaner car. I was so relieved that I was able to go about my day and visit with my aunt. Kristie Vargas quickly took charge and got me int the car and Craig Rotter called me later to let me know what the problem was and that it would be fixed within hours. I was so grateful to them and can't thank them enough for helping me out. All the people at Wantagh Mazda are awesome and had always helped me out with my service needs. My daughter wanted to look at Mazdas after she was not impressed by her more expensive Nissan & we stopped at Wantagh Mazda. Within an hour, we had test-driven 2 of the models my daughter liked & were given a lower monthly rate on a 2017 Mazda 3 than our last least. My out of pocket was what I was willing to pay & because I was in my last month of my lease, Ken paid me for that too. My son recently had an accident with his Nissan & it was unfortunately declared a total loss by the insurance company. So we went to see Ken again. We got a loyalty discount for our previous Mazda & it was Presidents Day, so we also got a rebate for that. We leased a 2018 Mazda 3 & the costs were within $5 of the 2017 we leased for my daughter last year. My wife & I can't wait for our Hyundai lease to end so we can go see Ken again. Great place to buy or lease a new car. More
