Craig Rotter unprofessional and rude Went in for my Mazda CX5 for service.Craig felt it the car was too old and should not be serviced.Did not feel it would pass inspection.I took it to a Went in for my Mazda CX5 for service.Craig felt it the car was too old and should not be serviced.Did not feel it would pass inspection.I took it to another mechanic and the omissions test passed. Incredible customer service We just finished leasing a Mazda from Wantagh Mazda less than 2 weeks ago, unfortunately for me I hit a curb and blew out my tire I called Wantagh Maz We just finished leasing a Mazda from Wantagh Mazda less than 2 weeks ago, unfortunately for me I hit a curb and blew out my tire I called Wantagh Mazda so I could get a new tire and get it serviced the person on the phone was very courteous and directed me to the correct department. Today I went in to get the new tire and get it serviced and I have to say that I have never seen such an amazing group of people working together to ensure customer satisfaction. The person that did the service was Garry who was extremely efficient and prompt he walked me through what he did and gave me some good advice. I was in total awe with the service I received this is our first time leasing a Mazda and I assure you that if this is the service we will be getting we won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this specific location for the service and the people that go above and beyond.
