Great experience! We were looking for a preowned Chevy Cruze for our Son after losing his car in a flood. We did not have a lot of time to look around but we did know We were looking for a preowned Chevy Cruze for our Son after losing his car in a flood. We did not have a lot of time to look around but we did know specifically what we were looking for and what amount we were wanting to spend. We are from Illinois and initially contacted our Weber on this side of the river looking for a Cruze. We found one online but it was at the Creve Coeur location. Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with the salesman there. Long story short he ended up telling us the car had been sold and was trying to push vehicles there that we weren't interested in. We then went to the Columbia location. Not very happy there either. The salesman there would not budge at all on the price of the car. Not even willing to negotiate. Simply stated they don't negotiate on used cars anymore. The price on the car is the final price. Not our first rodeo but I guess he thought it was. Needless to say, no sale there. In the meantime Joel from the Creve Coeur contacted me via email about the Cruz we had been told was sold. I had originally inquired about it online. He looked into it and informed me the car was in fact still there and offered to work with us the best he could on it. We went out to see Joel that night and left with the vehicle. He was fantastic! Smoothest preowned purchase we have ever made. Highly recommend Joel if you are in the market for a vehicle! More
