Lacking ability to answer questions via e-mail. I reached out to Weber Chevy regarding leasing a vehicle. I specifically requested the price on a 2 to 3 year lease with 12K miles per year since the I reached out to Weber Chevy regarding leasing a vehicle. Josh Cody first responded with a generic introduction e-mail. I went back and asked him to answer my original question. Here is the conversation: Salesperson: I sent the best price through email. Is there additional information you would like? Customer: I never received any pricing like I asked for in my original request from you. Can you please resend me that email that speaks to the pricing detail in my original request? Salesperson: The sale price of the 2019 Chevy Sonic is $16,690. I have also left 2 voicemails on the number provided as well as sent a text attempting to get in touch with you to get your information that you have requested which to my understanding is the "best price" on that vehicle. That price I have quoted is the sale price until 9/3. If there is any additional information you have requested or inquired about, I am here to help. Customer: Thank you for the email, but that does not answer the question in my original request. Salesperson: Anytime! Have a blessed day! I usually don't leave bad reviews, but in this case when I asked for something very specific in a e-mail only, I figured I would let others know what to expect if you try and get an answer by e-mail. Since Josh Cody was not on the other reviews I saw, I figured he was new and just did not know what the heck he was doing. Hopefully the dealership gives him training as had purchased a car from them in the past and the previous sales person was not incompetent like Josh was. More
