Karl was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and could explain in simple terms what needed to be done to our Golf and why. It was time for me to 'graduate' to a new car and the only make I had in mind was a VW. The first place I went to was Wellesley VW, and months later, even after contacting a few closer to my house, I wen only make I had in mind was a VW.
