My family can't say enough about the crew at VW Wellesley, especially Jens Albrecht. My husband and I had spent the week before Christmas looking for a 2024 Atlas, black with moonroof. We had call Wellesley, especially Jens Albrecht. My husband and I had spent the week before Christmas looking for a 2024 Atlas, black with moonroof. We had called around, as we live on the South Shore, and every single other dealership basically laughed us off the phone. We called VW Wellesley as a last resort (over an hour away), and the team immediately found what we were looking for - in MAINE! Jens went above and beyond to explain the process of getting a car down from Maine, what the timeline would look like, and how to expedite the process. He even gave our 2 year old daughter a tiny VW bug she's obsessed with after she started to melt down on a quick fly by visit on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, the dealership in Maine sold our car out from under us, but instead of giving up, before calling us to break the news, Jens found ANOTHER car that perfectly checked all our boxes (2024, .9 apr/60 months, moonroof, within budget) in Connecticut this time. Two days later, he sat with us in our new car, and went over everything we needed to know about our VW Atlas. You can't go wrong with VW Wellesley - and if you head in, ask for Jens! He's the best!
