This is our third car we’ve acquired from this dealership (2 leases and 1 purchase). Whether we are buying or bringing the car in for maintenance, we come back year after year for a reason. Went to dealership for VW ID. 4's first annual maintenance. Our car had 2 pending recalls and we worked with Mike to make sure our recall work coincided with this maintenance. We shared videos of the car's issues with Mike, Karl, Sam, Drew & Alisha. Karl kept us informed about the process and ensured timely completion.
