This is the first time I've been to the Lexus dealership. I expected to get the usual high pressure sales attitude. However, I was pleasantly surprised to the contrary as our salesperson Brooke Malia was genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us match our requirements to the right car. She never tried to upsell us on options that we didn't want. The attention we received was very professional, but relaxing. Her training session on how to operate the car, gave us the confidence that we needed to drive this wonderful piece of engineering out on the street. When the time comes, we'll be back! More
