John has started working on my purchase yesterday . I have a special circumstance and live in the DFW area. I attempted to seek assistance with other dealerships an none in this area and San Antonio I have a special circumstance and live in the DFW area. I attempted to seek assistance with other dealerships an none in this area and San Antonio were willing to help my wife and I . John has secured my new vehicle and I am so excited to meet him in person next . Weekend. John went above and beyond to answer all questions , sometimes 3 times as well as assisting navigation of the Lexus website for even more clarification , John backed up his statements with documentation in a timely manner , answer all call, texts and emails promptly . The bottom line is John has gone above and beyond the Call of Duty . I don't mind driving 300 miles each way for excellent service ! After i pick he vehicle up I will update this rating again.
