Catalina was so courteous, professional, and such a sweetheart! I was not planning to purchase a vehicle at all but made it happen with only one phone call and less than a 2 hour wait upon my arrival t sweetheart! Difficult to get anyone in the phone for service. Hold for extended period of time. Scheduled maintenance is not accurately scheduled.
