Great customer service from beginning to end! This was my first time getting a car fully in my name and it went a lot easier than I expected. Jim Fikaris was our sales rep who I was in communication with for about a week prior to coming in. He kept me up to date with the status of the car I was interested in and answered any and all questions I had (and I had a lot considering I was a nervous 1st time buyer). He was patient, thorough and caring. Emily in finance was also super sweet and thorough, she too answered all my questions. I definitely recommend Jim, Emily and the dealership! More
