Exceptional sales department I was looking for a new Honda model (Clarity) and contacted 7 Ohio Honda dealers looking for a certain exterior/interior color combination. 3 dealersh I was looking for a new Honda model (Clarity) and contacted 7 Ohio Honda dealers looking for a certain exterior/interior color combination. 3 dealerships never called me back and the other 3 told me what they had in inventory and that it was my only choice. I contacted Dylan Legge at Allan Nott Honda---they didn't have the car I wanted in stock but, he was the only person that searched other dealers for the car. Within 24 hours he had found the car that I wanted and had it within a couple of days. That fact that he took the time to help me find what I wanted shows his dedication to customer satisfaction.
