Great Experience As far as car buying goes we had a smooth experience at Allan Nott. Ray James, salesman, met us in the lot as my wife and I were looking at the CR-V's As far as car buying goes we had a smooth experience at Allan Nott. Ray James, salesman, met us in the lot as my wife and I were looking at the CR-V's, Accord's and also Toyotas. Ray was very friendly and easy to talk with. He was very helpful with all of our questions and supplying us with information so we could make OUR decision. Ray spent 3+ hours with us as we looked and test drove cars. A couple of days later we returned to purchase a CR-V. After meeting with Ray for a while he sent us to see Tony Phillips for financing. Tony took the time to explain everything to us. Again very easy and smooth transactions. Once we done there we were taken to our new CR-V by Joshua Swaim. Joshua explained all of the workings of the CR-V. While each item was quick, we understood everything as he explained the details. However, we never had a car with all of these features so when we got home, what do we do? We sat down and thought what Joshua said about each feature and figured it out with what he told us (sometimes looking in the manual). He did a great job also. Overall a very good experience at Alan Nott. Thank You to these three gentlemen for directly helpings us and the many others behind the scene. More
