Allan Nott is top-notch from top to bottom. We leased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline on the second to last day of the year. Bailee Cliff, who showed us the ins and outs of the vehicles interior and Matt Ricker in finance who made our transaction smooth and painless. This probably the 5th or 6th lease we’ve gotten from Allan Nott and we have purchased vehicles also. We appreciate them always being respectful and willing to negotiate, unlike other dealers in town. To be honest, I absolutely despise purchasing new vehicles because of the back and forth hassle they seem to enjoy putting you through. Yet, I’ve never felt this way with John and Allan Nott’s. That’s is absolutely THE reason why we’ve gotten so many vehicles from them and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks! More

I worked with Cameron Garver, who not only listened to my needs but kept me entertained with pictures and stories of his adorable daughter. He took the time to explore what I was ultimately looking for in a car. He was patient, personable and I left feeling like he really cared about getting the right car for me. While I was there, many employees stopped by to not only greet me but also join in on a genuine conversation. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything....it really felt like a family. Buying a car is a major decision/purchase and you want to be working with people you can trust. Great Experience As far as car buying goes we had a smooth experience at Allan Nott. Ray James, salesman, met us in the lot as my wife and I were looking at the CR-V's As far as car buying goes we had a smooth experience at Allan Nott. Ray James, salesman, met us in the lot as my wife and I were looking at the CR-V's, Accord's and also Toyotas. Ray was very friendly and easy to talk with. He was very helpful with all of our questions and supplying us with information so we could make OUR decision. Ray spent 3+ hours with us as we looked and test drove cars. A couple of days later we returned to purchase a CR-V. After meeting with Ray for a while he sent us to see Tony Phillips for financing. Tony took the time to explain everything to us. Again very easy and smooth transactions. Once we done there we were taken to our new CR-V by Joshua Swaim. Joshua explained all of the workings of the CR-V. While each item was quick, we understood everything as he explained the details. However, we never had a car with all of these features so when we got home, what do we do? We sat down and thought what Joshua said about each feature and figured it out with what he told us (sometimes looking in the manual). He did a great job also. Overall a very good experience at Alan Nott. Thank You to these three gentlemen for directly helpings us and the many others behind the scene. More
