They do not stand up for the vehicle warranty I bought a Honda CRV. After about 10 months, the windshield cracked. I called the Salesman who sold me the car and he told me to file an insurance c I bought a Honda CRV. After about 10 months, the windshield cracked. I called the Salesman who sold me the car and he told me to file an insurance claim. I told him that the windshield cracked, it was not hit. I had a new car service trip in a few days so I waited and showed them the windshield when I dropped off the car. When I dropped off the car, I showed a person in the shop who looked at it with me and agreed that there was no sign of anything hitting the windshield. He ran his finger nail on the crack and said that there was no sign of impact. I left the car overnight for maintenance the next day. The shop called me at work the next day and said that the windshield had been hit and they would not repair it. I argued with them about the conditions of the windshield when I arrived, but they only thing that they would say was that it had been hit and they would not do anything for the windshield. They just refused to do anything about it except if I wanted them to repair it as my cost. I was beyond livid and I will not buy anything at Allen Nott Honda again. There are a lot of car dealers and I would not recommend ever buying anything at a company that wants me to use my insurance to cover the cost of an equipment failure. I never had any problem like this with my Ford. As a side note, they have free car washes for cars on certain days. So you would think that they would wash a car that was brought in for complementary maintenance. During the visit that I described above, they also did not wash or vacuum the car after the maintenance was done. I asked about it and the service person informed me that they only washed cars when you asked for it to be done. They weren't sure that I wanted it washed so they did not do it. I asked them to explain to me how I would know that I needed to ask for the service if I did not know that I needed to ask. They just looked at me. To say I was angry is an under statement. I will take the car back for the new car service that they owe me unless I can find a different dealer to service the car. I will never pay for anything at Allen Nott again, buyer beware. The car is nice, except for the windshield, but that is no reflection on Allen Nott. The Allen Nott dealership did not build the car, they only sell them. Their after sale service is bad. I can afford to pay for the windshield if I have to. But, I was driving and the windshield cracked. I should not have to pay for this and I will not put in a false claim to my insurance company as they suggested. This is a warranty claim that should have been covered. Bumper to bumper warranty, except for the windshield. More

Haden also did a good job explaining the features since there’s so much new tech getting implemented! But Josh one of the finance guys was different. Very pushy and wanted things to be done quick. What I have noticed from past experience is that all the finance people I have dealt with are the same, always in a hurry! More
I wish all businesses treated people the way Allan Nott does I knew the kind of car I was looking for... I was looking since March. When it came time to pull the trigger and buy, they didn't have 'the' car I wa I knew the kind of car I was looking for... I was looking since March. When it came time to pull the trigger and buy, they didn't have 'the' car I wanted in stock... No problem, Dylan Legge got me in the car I wanted within 24 hours. He was great. He wasn't pushy and answered every question I had. When it came time to pick the car up, he was unavailable but Jon Cox was happy to show me the car and answer my questions. Steve Cox was was also very pleasant. I don't know what to say about Matt Ricker. I've known him for years and he is excellent to deal with. He's a great guy and Allan Nott is lucky to have him. Jerry Lewis should be embarrassed driving him there. Hayden Best has to be some sort of genius for remembering what every lever, switch, button does and how to navigate the menu tree of every car on the lot. I can't remember how to change the ringtone on my iPhone. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a quality Japanese car (Toyota, Honda). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely care about your satisfaction. More
Terrible Experience! We have bought 5 Toyotas from Allan Nott and were always treated well until now! We brought my 2002 Beetle in for a new alternator. The receptionist told me I had to call myself and proceeded to give me his personal cell number. I have never had to call fir a shuttle myself. After I got in the car I started it and the battery light came on. They got in it and drove it around to the mechanic and the light went out. I drive it home and parked it and it would not restart. I called the service department and Dan was extremely rude when spoke with me. I have never been treated so poorly. I asked him if I could talk to someone above him and he said there was no one above him. We will never buy another car from Allan Nott. More
Amazing customer service and repair speed! We were traveling from Michigan to South Carolina on our spring break and our front axles went out during the middle of the night. We managed to get a hotel in Lima and ended up at Allan Not to see if they could figure out our problem and get us back on the road. They quickly had their most experienced mechanics diagnose our problem and get to work on replacing the front axles. Meanwhile, they provide me with free hot chocolate and wifi and their shuttle service went back to the hotel to pickup my wife and kids. They helped us unload all our luggage at their location and then their mechanics worked through their own lunch to get us back on the road within 4 hours and helped save our vacation. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! More
