Looking for a new vehicle. Friendly, no matter who we were working with at the time, seemingly willing to "work" with us, seemed very knowledgeable about the CRV and HRV. From Avery (Sales) to Josh (Finance) these two gentlemen worked very diligently and dedicated alot of time to make sure we got the car we wanted. They updated me and stayed in contact frequently. They even went along with my plan of convincing my daughter she was getting an older car that we were approved for. She was unaware these gentlemen helped me get her financed for her favorite car!.....A 2016 Honda Civic!! They helped me surprise her and even found a bow to put on the car!!!! The price was perfect. They got our payment right where we were comfortable and wanted it also! Everyone at this dealership was super polite, friendly and genuinely happy for her getting her first car! She talked about everyone the entire way home. She and I were very happy with the service, attention and dedication from the entire staff! My welfare was in their DNA We were on a road trip. The temperature gauge stayed pegged out at the bottom on cold. I thought the thermostat was cooked. We went to two Honda de We were on a road trip. The temperature gauge stayed pegged out at the bottom on cold. I thought the thermostat was cooked. We went to two Honda dealers on I 75 north of Lima. One could not help us for 4 days and the other for one week. No suggestion of who else might help. My problem was not their problem. We called ahead to Allan Nott an hour down the road. They said they would make time. They called back and wanted to have the thermostat there when we arrived. We googled the avg price of repair which was $250.00. We were on the road in 3 hours total cost $179.00. What I was most impressed with is that my welfare was in their head. They thought ahead. I recalled the line from Gibran ... " through the hands of such of these God speaks and behind their eyes he smiles upon the earth." So to all the good folks at Allan Knott ... especially Jessica Randall and the service manager .. thanks for making a nice contribution to the human experience as well as fixing the car. More
