Remarkable Long Distance Experience! I have been looking for an Acura MDX for a while and it had proved quite challenging to find exactly what I was looking for, especially in Montana. I have been looking for an Acura MDX for a while and it had proved quite challenging to find exactly what I was looking for, especially in Montana. I ended up finding the one in Lima Ohio. So I called in and ended up talking to Brody. I have been in direct sales for 13 years and I have to say that I am truly impressed with his customer service. I instantly got the feeling that he genuinely cares about his customers and their needs which is a rare quality in car sales. Since I was 1600 miles away, I was not able to drive the vehicle I was looking at. Naturally I had some pretty in depth questions and Brody went above and beyond to address them. I will say they had great pictures online but Brody took it upon himself to take video and additional pictures as well as test drive the vehicle and reporting back to me. I know many would not recommend using your salesman as your proxy so to speak but Brody was 100% honest and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Not only that he kept in contact with me after hours and even on his day off! When I decided to purchase the vehicle. They sent one of their guys out in a pick up truck with my Acura on the back of a goose-neck trailer 1600 miles and 24 hours of driving just for me. They delivered it right to my driveway and this vehicle has exceeded every expectation I had! I will admit, I was a bit ambivalent in the very beginning but this was a terrific experience from start to finish! It sounds like they have a first rate team dedicated to helping you in anyway they can. I see now why they have the sterling reputation that they do. They were truly a pleasure to work with! More

Well I can tell you straight up, right from the horse's mouth it was the best experience my wife and I have ever had in buying a car. They have won me over, which isn't easy. Robert Kneeland Jr. did a great job going through the workings of the vehicle. All in all, the people at Allan Nott Honda exceeded my expectations.
