I recently purchased a new 2023 HR-V from Wilde East Towne Honda. Overall, I had a really great experience. He was responsive to my emails, but I wish he would have been more proactive in sending me updates with my car order instead of waiting for me to ask (parts shortage, build confirmed, build complete, shipped, estimated delivery date, etc).
