Scott was fantastic throughout the sales process from our initial email months in advance looking for a specific model to keeping us updated on the build and delivery process. Recently had my 2007 CRV in for service. Would have not continued servicing my cars there anymore due to service manager Chris. I was made to feel uncomfortable by him and not being able fin Would have not continued servicing my cars there anymore due to service manager Chris. I was made to feel uncomfortable by him and not being able find out what was wrong with my car. He never answered my messages in a timely manner. He was also very condescending when he did talk to me. If it was not for the very professional and caring additude of Darius and Val in service, I would have not returned. After all the repairs were done I was not charged for the added starter repair add on. I really appreciated that and the fact that Darius, Val, and Peter( GM) treated me with honesty and respect. I will never deal with manager Chris again for either of my 2 Hondas. Marge Sparacino More

I’ve been a Subi gal for y experience here: Coming from a Subaru Xtrek (which I love & will always love)I was nervous to leave the Subaru franchise. I’ve been a Subi gal for years. Recently however, we had a baby & I needed a bigger car. The Subaru Ascent was hard to fine post pandemic. What’s a mum to do? We started our search…mini van perhaps? My husband started this fateful day saying “we are NOT leaving this car lot with a new car, we are JUST looking”. Sure I said, no worries. We window shopping. Devin greeted us, and after some discussion he showed us an Odyssey. My husband was not in love… I liked it; but it didn’t have my AWD that I had come to love. Devin was great; usually I’m well prepared & I know what I want. This time, I wasn’t as sure. He said he thought he had the perfect car for us. He pulled out a Honda Pilot…I’ve never heard of it. We went for a test drive and my husband was immediately in love & so was I. It had 3 row seating, ample trunk space, AWD, and extra amenities that I had never thought I needed and now adore. LOL we ended up buying the Pilot that day. (So much for window shopping). The experience of buying the car went smooth. As far as a good deal goes, Honda took care of us. I did not feel taken advantage of, and Devin was really nice. We love our new car! Thank you Devin & Wilde east Honda! More

I saw a beautiful Army Green 4Runner for sale and decided to go take a look at it. Sam Carpenter happily greeted us and before you know it I was driving home in my new (slightly used) 4Runner!
