Best car shopping/purchasing experience I've ever had!!! I haven't gone to a car dealership in almost a decade and I wasn't exactly excited about going through the process as I started my used car purchase j I haven't gone to a car dealership in almost a decade and I wasn't exactly excited about going through the process as I started my used car purchase journey about a month ago. I spent many hours browsing online for weeks trying to find the right used vehicle for myself and my family. When I saw a perfect CRV on Wilde East Towne Honda's website - I jumped and called early on a Saturday morning. I was directed to Sam Carpenter on the phone who quickly looked up the vehicle and told me it was still available and we set up a time a couple hours later so that I could test drive it. I brought my 12-year-old daughter with me, as she was pretty pumped up about "mom's new ride". The entire process was "are-you-kidding-me-easy-peasy-smooth"! We met with Sam - who was incredibly sweet and beyond simple to be 'real' with and talk to - and he had the CRV ready for us to test drive. I fell in love with it and didn't want to look at anything else - this was exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't too excited for the whole financing end of the deal - but it turns out they have a magician working in the financing department who was able to get me the payments I wanted, without busting my spirits or playing the "how about this ridiculously high payment instead" card. What a relief. Karen in the financing department was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me really feel comfortable about what I was signing. Needless to say, I am writing this now as my amazing CRV is sits in my garage, without a single regret or worry about the purchase - being a single, mom of two kiddos who is a natural worry wart - this is HUGE! What a great feeling! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Wilde East Towne Honda to any of my friends or family, or purchasing another vehicle from them. THANK YOU!!! More
