Travel Assistance On August 24th my wife and I were on day 2 of a 2 day trip from WV to MN to babysit our grandchildren. We stopped in Madison for lunch and when we r On August 24th my wife and I were on day 2 of a 2 day trip from WV to MN to babysit our grandchildren. We stopped in Madison for lunch and when we restarted our drive we immediately noticed the smell of burning rubber and saw smoke coming our from under the hood of our 2015 CRV. After getting over the shock that our Honda had suffered a premature part failure, we had the car towed to Wilde Honda and explained to the service advisor that we must complete our trip that day and quickly needed information regarding the problem as we would have to make arrangements for a rental car, etc. if the problem could not be diagnosed and repaired that day. Many thanks to service advisor Valerie. She was very kind to us and was able to quickly have our car moved into the repair area where they found the water pump had seized which subsequently caused the drive belt to fail. Fortunately, they had both parts in stock and our car was quickly repaired,(all costs covered by warranty) and we were soon back on the road and able to "complete our mission" of caring for our grandchildren. We had no further issues with our vehicle upon our return drive home. We greatly appreciate the prompt and courteous service by all the staff at Wilde Honda. The facility was very clean and the service waiting area was quite welcoming with many amenities to make the waiting a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend the dealership to those in the Madison area as well as those who are traveling through the area. More

Misleading and disappointing I inquired about a vehicle I found online. The dealership was quick to contact me to set up an appointment. The salesman assured me that the vehicle was available even though they had an appointment earlier in the day and informed me another individual was going to be checking out the car later in the day. I was greeted by Bryar who was ready to show me the car. I took it for a test drive and was excited to put an offer on the car. I didn't think that once I was looking at the car, that is, taking it for a test drive and put an offer on the car IMMEDIATELY after taking it for a test drive, they would sell it to someone else right in front of me. Once I made an offer Brayer had to check with his manager who came over and told us they already sold the car. Yes, sold it to another person as I was taking it for a spin. What a WASTE of time, their guarantee means little to nothing from my experience. Very disappointed in the dealership and being mislead, would not recommend. they put the used in used car salesman. More

Great car, great deal, great service Let me start by saying I'm not your typical shopper; especially when it comes to cars. I actually test drove ~20 cars, at almost as many dealerships, Let me start by saying I'm not your typical shopper; especially when it comes to cars. I actually test drove ~20 cars, at almost as many dealerships, before I found the right combination of car + price + salesman + dealership. In regards to those areas: Car: I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord, and found it to be the nicest vehicle I test drove, regardless of the fact that most of the vehicles I drove were newer and more expensive (including several brand new 2017 Toyota Camrys and Corollas). Price: I did extensive research online, and this price (online price, as lot price was higher) was the most competitive, for the car, within 100 miles. Salesman: Out of all the salesmen I met with, Dylan was by far the most friendly, and down-to-Earth. I felt like I've known him since high school. He was very honest and straight forward and helped me through the process. I actually purchased the car on the last day of the month, so the dealership was SLAMMED. There was a massive queue of people ahead of me, so my purchase would have taken hours longer than normal. Dylan and Brent were very polite and professional, even though I was getting frustrated after a long day. However, they were able to work with me to arrange the completion of the purchase the following day. Dealership: Overall, I was very pleased with Wilde East Towne Honda. My purchase wasn't as simple and smooth as it could have been (due to it being the end of the month), but all of the employees I interacted with did everything they could to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
