We have had multiple conversations with our staff on procedure, and our owner has been involved with your concern about providing the two master keys with every certified vehicle. We sat with Jeremy about the key, and his reaction when you mentioned it should be two was not handled correctly. While he was frustrated with himself, he should still carry out his duties in a courteous manner.
