The service area was super clean and was immediately greeted . My service writer (Valerie) was extremely pleasant and appeared very genuine when listening to my issues with the vehicle. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and she explained clearly what my options were. In addition, the service technician also explained some things in more detail to me personally. I was impressed with his honesty in what he suggested for repair to the vehicle. The loaner car was awesome as well! The repair was done in timely fashion and a car wash to boot. I was in need of a car on very short notice, Wilde rocked! I had unexpected car issues, and had a trip planned. Due to the high mileage on my old car, as well as the list of recommended repairs, I determined I had unexpected car issues, and had a trip planned. Due to the high mileage on my old car, as well as the list of recommended repairs, I determined it was time to trade. I had some very specific requirements for a new vehicle. I started with a live chat, not sure how it would go. The chat person collected enough information to pass on to a sales associate, and I literally had a call within a half hour. Craig was more than helpful, and when I arrived at the dealership about an hour later, he had what he considered to be the best value ready for a test drive. When we got back, I asked about any similar vehicles, and ultimately decided that lower mileage and a red car were worth a bit more to me. Craig and Brent were extremely helpful and professional, providing me with good information on options without any pressure. Thanks so much!!!! More

Also, the dealer has a really nice space inside- room to keep my young child occupied, toys, food, large fish tank and even a family bathroom. I would say the only thing that is keeping from being a 5 out of 5 stars is I'm a pretty tough reviewer and unless it was out of this world amazing, wouldn't change a thing, I'm so impressed, never seen anything like it- it is likely to not get a perfect 5/5 stars from me.
