He was very patient with me and answered all my questions, and walked the lot with me even in the freezing cold. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy a specific car, or to make up my mind faster. I came back three times in five days, and eventually ended up buying my awesome new (to me) car through him. He even made arrangements for someone else to look after me when he came down with the flu.
