I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but my experience with salesperson Terry Dies was the worst experience compared to the other dealerships we visited. Terry was decent up to the moment he learned we were lo salesperson Terry Dies was the worst experience compared to the other dealerships we visited. Terry was decent up to the moment he learned we were looking for a used car for around $10,000. Then, his tone shifted. He was extremely rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and condescending. Among many disparaging comments, he even said he wouldn't call us back. That is not customer service! Seems like he's just after the big bucks. While he did take us to see one car in the lot, he was unhelpful and rude in answering our questions and describing the features. The comments Terry made were unacceptable. All customers should feel appreciated and respected. Because of Terry Dies, Wilde Toyota lost our business. After leaving, I went down the street to Russ Darrow Mazda and had a much better experience. More

Terrible, terrible sales team, at a terrible dealership. I spoke to a manager, Terry Schwieso, for help. They sold my 76 year mother a car, alone and took advantage of her. He did not care if my mother "lived or died", just as long as he got his money for selling her a car. A very mean, cruel, and heartless sales person and dealership manager, who does not care about the customer, only about money. This dealership is a very, very cruel and cold dealership, which does not care about the customer nor their safety. Bill J was an amazing salesperson from the time I first stepped on the lot all the way to our final handshake. Our family loves Toyotas, and Wilde is the best place to go. They have a fantastic inventory and are incredibly knowledgeable about their cars. I am upgrading from a 2007 Corolla, and the Rav4 I purchased has a plethora of features and technology I am unfamiliar with. Matt possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars, and was able to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He ensured I left the lot knowing how to properly use the car. He was friendly and kept me updated as I waited for the car to arrive at Wilde. In the finance department, I worked with Charles Clark. He streamlined the process flawlessly, and explained the different warranties and add-ons available; I never felt pressured. More

Then it took over two weeks to swap an engine. More

So i get the she said to ask for her so i did but only to get yelled at by the crotchety old broad behind the desk. She only does internet. So after getting yelled at by her she pages someone to help me. I expected that the vehicle would be pulled up and ready for me to drive. So i have to go through the whole thing again with this new guy. Never gave his name. So he says let me go check to see if we have it. So, he's asking me for my driver's license and if i have trade. I said let's see if you even have the car first since he seemed unsure. So, he comes back and says yeah, we don't have it. Why do you lie to people???? Why do you tell them you have something for sale, and you don't???? Why is it still listed online if it sold last Friday. How can you be so clueless about your job.
