First off, the team was very organized: I had my appointment scheduled and the associate was ready for me when I showed up, no waiting around. After I had decided on a vehicle, the paperwork process was very quick and I was on my way in no time. I had the pleasure to work only with one person, Chris Wallace, and didn't have to deal with multiple people to finally close the deal. Chris was great: very knowledgeable and personable; he answered all my questions and never was pushy. It was nice to deal with someone friendly and straight forward. All my previous experiences buying cars were negative, this is the first time I left a lot in a good mood. Nice work guys. More

No ethics or value for customers I have pirched ed 4 cars from this dealership, but when I was lied to and misled about the quality of my classic car trade in, which they gave me mini I have pirched ed 4 cars from this dealership, but when I was lied to and misled about the quality of my classic car trade in, which they gave me minimal value for I believed them and bought a new car. After a month or two I did some digging. I felt awful that I had been sold a totaled and unsafe car only to find out I had been taken! Then Wilsonville Toyota refused to show me all the paperwork of the sale and trade in. The new owner confirmed it was not in the condition previously stated and I was under valued on my trade in. Based on these actions I will NOT allow this dealership to have anymore of my business. More
