I had a bad purchasing experience at Wilsonville Toyota. My sales rep Rose lied to me multiple times. First, she told me the car had leather (it was soft-Tex), and second, she told me there was no option to My sales rep Rose lied to me multiple times. First, she told me the car had leather (it was soft-Tex), and second, she told me there was no option to remove the “Clear Bra” add on from the purchase price because it was done at the factory and already was on the car. I didn’t want any add ons, and specified this multiple times. She insisted there was no way to remove it. I purchased the vehicle with the $1875 extra “clear bra” because I was told there was nothing I could do. Well, imagine my surprise when I received a call from Wilsonville Toyota to schedule the clear bra install. I called management multiple times and got no return calls. I ended up talking with Melanie, who schedules the clear bra installs. She insisted multiple times that the clear bra covered “every place on the vehicle where there is paint,” so after never hearing back from management went ahead and got it installed. Well, turns out that she was lying too. It is just the bumper, hood, fenders and door cups. This dealership is awful - do not go here. What is ironic is they claim “No Bull” which makes the whole experience even worse because it was lies at every turn. I will never take my new car here for service and have already told many family and friends and coworkers about my experience, as has my husband. I’ll keep spreading the word in hopes none of my family and friends have to deal with this xx. More
