Doug was very informative and responded to all my questions. We were allowed to take a test drive on our own. I inquired about who does the Sirrus radio and Doug said we do this on our own. I was dissapointed to learn there was no remote control for the garage door opener (Had it on my 2014 Malibu. When got home discovered the front license plate holder which I did not want--the dealership did take it off at my request. Surprised to learn the car was not equipped with access to Sirius Radio (my 2014 Malibu did). Called about this and was told not all cars come equipped with this anymore --I wish I had known!!! An upgraded radio would have been over $300 not including labor!! Everything else has been fine. More
