Patience & no means no. The dealership was very patience with me as I was looking at other manufacturers to get what I was looking for at a price I could afford. The only negative I have is I decided to decline the extra protection coating for the paint and seats and then was told I had watch a video apparently to change my mind. I declined the extra protection that should be the end of it. More
